There are multiple different kinds of maple syrup. Grade A syrups are going to be a little bit lighter than the other grades. Grade A consists of several different kinds of Maple syrup. There are three different grades of maple syrup including light amber, medium amber, and dark amber. The darker the syrup, the lower quality that it is overall.

The Grade B Maple syrup is generally referred to as cooking syrup. This syrup is not really the type of maple syrup that you will put on your pancakes or on your french toast, and is usually used in a number of recipes. This is going to be a lower grade and will be more sugary. The darker the syrup, the more maple that you will be able to taste in it. If you take your time and try them all, you will undoubtedly find one that you like more than the others.

The best thing that you can do for yourself is to take your time and find the right maple syrup type that you are the most fond of. You will be glad you did. many people are not aware how different the different maple syrup types can taste. Cooking maple syrup can take on a completely different taste than the Grade B maple syrup that are out thereon the market.

There are many different kinds of syrup out there on the market, and the only way to find the perfect one for you is to give the different kinds a taste and see which one appeals more to you. There are many different brands, and some will use other additives to give the syrup a very certain taste.
